Travel

Free within Prague, beyond that 10 CZK per kilometre (from Prague 11, there and back).

Travel is charged once per event, even when we set up several booths. Longer trips, events abroad and multi-day bookings are priced individually — including overnight storage for the kit.

Does the price include VAT?
We are not VAT registered, so the price shown is final — nothing gets added to it. We will of course invoice your company.
How big a deposit do I pay?
30% of the total when you confirm the booking, the rest 14 days before the event. We hold your date once the deposit is paid.
What if I have to move or cancel the event?
Free cancellation 14 days before the event. Between 14 and 7 days we refund 50% of the deposit; cancel less than 7 days ahead and the deposit is not refunded — we had already turned the date down for everyone else. Moving to another free date is something we handle generously, just get in touch.
How much does travel outside Prague cost?
Free within Prague. Beyond that we charge 10 CZK per kilometre, measured from Prague 11, there and back. Events abroad and multi-day bookings are priced individually, including overnight storage for the kit.
Can I combine the classic and AI booths?
Yes, we do it often — the classic booth runs all evening and the AI booth joins as an after-party feature. We can set up three booths at one event; the second is 30% off and the third 50%.
What if more guests turn up than I expected?
Printing is unlimited, so the price does not depend on guest numbers. We only bill extra time — if the event runs past the package, each further hour is 2,000 CZK. Above 150 guests we recommend a second booth straight away so no queues build up.
